The creator
RAIDER (2002) lives and works in Amsterdam. The creator’s autonomous work has been presented at art fairs such as Art Miami, Art Karlsruhe, KunstRAI in Amsterdam, and Affordable Art Fair in Amsterdam, London, and New York. Following a pop-up store presentation during the Milan Design Week in 2023, his first solo exhibition in the Netherlands is scheduled at Wanrooij Gallery on May 11th.

RAIDER represents a new, young generation of contemporary artists. With a great passion for art, his iconic sculptures of the fictional character Scoop have gained attention from gallery owners and art collectors around the world since 2020. The creator experiments with all available techniques and materials in a traditional way.
The new and sparkling work of RAIDER has its own unique signature. It is fresh, pure, and colorful. For the design of the figure Scoop, spheres are used as primal elements, referring to the science of discovering extraterrestrial life forms. The storyteller draws inspiration from film, animation, music, and travel.
